Wild stage shows and some hardcore fans Catfish Trio quickly became a big name in Germany and a well known name in the international rockabilly scene.
The majority of their repertoire its original compositions with personal preferences such as Johnny Burnette or some jive classics. The lyrics were about " beer, Sexy underwear and stories of women's with gigantic tits. Inspirated with the natural power of Rockabilly, the trio was founded in 1985.
In the spring of 1987, their debut single was released: Money Makes The World Go Round EP dedicated by the trio to all the boys who drank with them and all the girls who ... with them in the past two years.
